This complex project included construction of an 80,000 square foot apartment building, a 60,000 square foot nursing nome, (26) Twenty-Six 2,000 square foot Garden Homes as well as roads, and site utilities for the (56) Fifty-Six acre Site. Apartment & Nursing Buildings built out of Precast concrete planks with masonry bearing walls. Put in place between $1,000,000 and $4,000,000 dollars of construction a month with manpower of 150 to 350 tradespeople per day.
